Firehouse Inn is located in historic downtown Rutherfordton. The 1925 City Hall and Firehouse has been entirely renovated, and now offers European elegance and urban atmosphere in a friendly, relaxed setting in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have an assortment of recipes that are happily shared with guests of the Inn each morning at breakfast.

If you are looking for a very special getaway, we invite you to stay with us. We are perfectly located with easy access to Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, and Asheville.

The Inn has six spacious rooms each with their own private bathroom. Three rooms have fireplaces and each room has cable television, Bose radio/CD/alarm clock and comfortable seating for your leisure and enjoyment.

Custom made Italian linens, robes and slippers add to the comfort of your stay. Rooms 2 and 3 have a loft area in which we can accommodate up to 2 children.

For guests traveling with laptop computers there is wireless internet access throughout the Inn.
