Sammy and Gina Ledford established Ledford Construction in 1999. In 2006, we were proud to partner with our nephew, Barron Adams, in establishing Tender Creek Properties, LLC.
Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of services - from planning and program development, through design and construction. Creativity is achieved through a combination of our architectural collective, as well as the input obtained through brainstorming sessions with the client.
Our Licensed Contractor is a qualified and certified expert with more than 20 years experience! We guarantee quality in all our work and, most importantly, timely results.
To ensure our clients' needs are satisfied we constantly invite our clients to participate and provide input during the design process. After all it's our job to make our clients' dream a reality.
