Annual Victorian-inspired Christmas celebration held by the Cherokee Women's Club and the Town of Tellico Plains.

Stroll through streets illuminated by the glow of candlelight. Ride in a horse-drawn wagon, decorate a cookie, pay a visit to the Grinch, view the beautiful live nativity, stop by the silent auction, and watch the Christmas tree lighting.

Santa Claus will arrive at the Santa House at 5:00 PM. Come by and have your picture taken with Santa and enjoy some refreshments because Santa has to leave at 8:00 PM to head back to the North Pole to make sure the elves are working hard to get all the Christmas presents made.

Downtown merchants open their doors and serve complimentary refreshments to be enjoyed by all.

One of the highlights of the evening is stopping by the Cookie Caper to buy fresh baked cookies and candies, all prepared by the ladies of the Cherokee Women's Club. Proceeds from the Cookie Caper and Silent Auction go back into the community for college scholarships, town beautification, library support, poetry and essay contests and other opportunities that may need support during the year.
