Stranger in the Woods

Stranger in the Woods
By Carl Sams and Jean Stoick

Who is the stranger?    Why is he here?    Is he friendly?

Follow the animals of the woods who discover a stranger in their midst. The family of deer, the birds and the other animals who are deciding who will be brave enough to investigate the snowman who appears after a winter storm.

You will be delighted with this photographic fantasy that honors those who care for wild places and things.

There is a VHS – 40 minutes that is more than the book. Two snowdrifts tell the story of the time a mysterious stranger came to visit. Also includes the Making of the movie and behind the scenes look at the author’s journey into the world of children’s books.
